1. How soon can we get a reply after we send you an inquiry?

In working days, we will reply to you within 12 hours after receiving the inquiry.
2. Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

We have two sprayer factories and one pump factory, and we also have our own sales team.
3. What products can you provide?

We mainly produce miniature water pumps and various sprayers.
4. What application fields are your products mainly involved in?

It involves portable car washers, electric sprayers, portable sprayers, garden sprinkler irrigation systems, drone sprays and other fields.
5. Can you make customized products?

Yes, we can customize water pumps and sprayers according to customer needs.
6. Are you producing standard parts?

Yes, our water pump is suitable for all kinds of sprayers. If you want to apply to other fields, please send design drawings, parameter requirements or send samples directly.
7.What is the production capacity of your company?

We have 13 new-style pump assembly lines, four semi-automatic motor production lines, 5 sprayer assembly lines, Annually produce 20 million small and micro water pumps and 1 million sprayers.
8.How many employees does your company have and how many technicians are there?

The company currently has more than 500 employees and more than 10 engineers.
9. How does your company guarantee product quality?

A pressure regulation test will be carried out on each pump assembly line, and a secondary pressure and current holding pressure test will be carried out before entering the warehouse. Each sprayer is tested for water before leaving the factory.
10. What is the payment method?

When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you, FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. When mass production, we usually pay 30% advance payment first, and then pay the balance after seeing the bill of lading. Most of our payment methods are T/T, of course, L/C is also acceptable.
11. How to deliver goods to customers?

Usually we ship by sea, because our factories are located in Taizhou, Zhejiang and Linyi, Shandong, and the export ports are Ningbo, Zhejiang and Qingdao, Shandong. The factory is close to the port, so sea export is very convenient.
12. Where are your goods mainly exported to?

Our products are mainly exported to Southeast Asia, South Asia, Africa and European and American markets.
